Where an Uzbek passport takes you without a visa
Visas cost time, money and nerves. The good news: most popular holiday destinations need none at all.
Visa-free for the sea
TURKEY — no visa for tourism. Antalya, Kemer, Side, Alanya, Bodrum: sandy beaches, all-inclusive resorts, halal food and familiar flavours.
UAE (Dubai, Sharjah) — entry is granted at the airport. The sea is warm year-round and especially pleasant in winter.
GEORGIA — visa-free. The sea in Batumi, the city in Tbilisi, wine country in Kakheti.
EGYPT — a tourist permit is issued, usually on arrival. The Red Sea and its reefs rank among the world’s best for underwater life.
Further afield
THAILAND — visa-free for tourism. Phuket, Pattaya, Samui: ocean, islands, cheap food.
MALAYSIA — visa-free. A Muslim country: halal food everywhere, mosques and prayer rooms as standard. Very easy with family.
CHINA — visa-free for short trips since 2025. Hainan (Sanya) for the sea, Beijing and Shanghai for cities, Guangzhou for buying.
MALDIVES — permit on arrival. For honeymoons and quiet holidays.
AZERBAIJAN — visa-free, only two hours away. The easiest weekend destination.
What visa-free does not mean
“Visa-free” does not mean “nothing required”. Border officers may still ask for a return ticket, hotel booking and sometimes proof of funds.
Passport validity is required everywhere: most countries want at least six months beyond your return.
The permitted stay is limited and differs by country. We do not print exact figures — rules change. Ask your operator once your dates are set.
And the final decision always rests with the border service — everywhere.
Still have questions? An operator will advise you free of charge.
