How do I find a tour on the site?

Use the search at the top: destination, dates and number of travellers. The cheapest tours come first; the price is for the whole tour and the per-person figure is on the card. Not sure where to go — leave “All destinations” and compare.

What is included in the price?

Accepted Answer

The card price covers return flights, the hotel with the selected board, airport transfers and insurance. Visa, excursions and personal spending are separate — the operator will give exact figures.

What happens after I leave a request?

Your request is automatically assigned to an operator in your city — it never sits in a shared inbox. The operator calls, re-checks the tour (availability and price), prepares the contract, and you confirm it with an SMS code. After payment you collect the documents at the office. The same operator stays with you until you fly and while you travel.

Can I book a tour online?

Online you leave a request — the operator holds the place and confirms it with you. The contract is signed with an SMS code. Payment is made at the office, through the cash desk— the site never asks for card details, and neither do we. If anyone asks for your card number in our name, it is a scam — tell us immediately.

How do I find the nearest office?

Pick your city once in the “Nearest office” block on the home page — the site then shows that office’s address and direct number instead of the general call centre. We have 25 teams across Uzbekistan, 20 of them are walk-in offices. All offices.

What do you guarantee for my request?

A request does not live in someone’s head — it lives in the system: it is assigned to a named operator, and if they do not answer it moves to the next one, then to the office manager. Nothing gets “forgotten”: every request has an owner and every step is logged. The call centre runs 24/7; offices call back during their working hours.

What about payment security?

Three rules: no payment without a contract — signed contract first, money after; only the cash desk takes money and you get a receipt — never an employee’s personal card or hand; every payment is recorded, so your contract shows what is paid and what is left. If an employee asks for a transfer to a personal card, that is a violation — tell us.

Can the price change after I enquire?

Every price is valid as you see it — so don’t wait too long to book: places go fast and the last ones always cost more. The operator re-checks the price while talking to you. What matters for you: the price written in the contract is final and does not change once signed. If it went up, you hear it before the contract, not after.

What documents do I need? What about visas?

The essential one is a passport valid at least 6 months after your return. For children, a birth certificate or their own passport. Visas depend on the destination: several countries are visa-free for Uzbek citizens, others are not — the operator gives you the exact list for your route and helps with the paperwork.

What about halal food and prayer?

We get this often and we settle it in advance. In Turkey, the UAE, Malaysia and Sharjah halal food is the default — it is in the hotel itself. In Thailand, Georgia, Bali and Sri Lanka halal restaurants exist but you need to know them — so tell your operator and they will pick a hotel close to such places. Prayer rooms are common in airports and malls, and a phone app will point you to the qibla.

What if my plans change — can I cancel?

Cancellations and changes follow the airline’s and hotel’s rules: the penalty depends on how close to departure you are, and the cheapest fares can be non-refundable. So before signing, ask your operator for the terms of your specific tour — they must give you the numbers. Moving the date is often cheaper than cancelling.
